The system is built around a Quick-Lock handle design, which lets you add or remove plates with just a partial turn of the locking screws. That means you can easily adjust the dumbbells from 5 to 75 pounds in 2.5-pound increments, giving you a ton of weight combinations for both light toning exercises and heavy strengthening routines. The dumbbells also lock up tight–with no rattling or looseness–so they feel just like a traditional fixed-weight dumbbell. And thanks to the chrome-plated steel handles and knurled grips, the dumbbells are comfortable and secure in the hand, with no restrictions in the ways you can grip them. Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbell 120 lb Add on Kit
The Quick-Lock Dumbell Add on Kit adds 45 lbs to each dumbell to bring them up to 120 lbs each. Our new style kit makes adding extra weight even quicker and includes 4ea. longer locking screws and 4ea. 22.5 lb weight plates. You can put the “big” plates on the handles first or add them on top of the original plates. Very simple to use. The longer locking screws allow dumbell sizes of 70-120lbs.
